Charlotte Cowe
Company Director

  • Charlotte is Company Director and co-owner of New Town Property Investment. With over 17 years’ experience in the property industry, she has a wealth of experience helping clients to invest in high performing property portfolios in the UK.

    Charlotte’s values are based on honesty, trust, and integrity. Giving only best advice to New Town clients. This means that she really understands what they want to achieve through their investments. Her focus alongside helping her clients is to build the New Town brand through recommendations and reputation. She stands by her moto of “if I wouldn’t buy a property myself, I won’t recommend it to my clients”.

    Charlotte spent much of her childhood in the UAE. She then returned to Edinburgh and studied at Queen Margaret University where she obtained her BA in Communication Studies before doing a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

    After University, she moved to Hong Kong and spent time there living with family and travelling in the Far East. With an early career in Human Resources and Hospitality, she started her career in property in 2005 and has never looked back.

Jenny Lyon
Company Director

  • Jenny is Company Director and co-owner of New Town Property Investment. Jenny has over a decade of experience in the property industry both acquiring and selling property for investment. Jenny has helped hundreds of clients to invest in high returning, low risk investment property portfolios across the UK.

    Jenny’s values underpin the New Town brand. Delivering excellent service, giving honest and best advice, and building long term trusted relationships with clients.

    Jenny has a strong background in business and has a passion for innovation and growth. She has been the co-owner of two other successful businesses, starting them from the ground up. Her astute business acumen and her drive to help clients make money from their investments has now led to the launch of New Town, as this is where her passion lies.

Gillian Bennett
Property Investment Executive

  • Gillian brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in the property industry, specialising in sourcing high-return, low risk properties for investors across Scotland. Her track record of success includes assisting clients in building high-performing residential property portfolios, leveraging her wealth of knowledge in the sector.

    Driven by a commitment to delivering unparalleled service, Gillian’s values align seamlessly with those of New Town’s. Her dedication to fostering strong relationships, coupled with her years of industry experience, enables her to provide clients with the optimal investment options specific to their needs.

    Gillian’s extensive relationships within the property industry have also enhanced New Town’s reach of properties that they can offer to their investors, including exclusive access to opportunities ahead of reaching the open market and “off market”.

    Gillians journey began after obtaining an honours degree in Business from University. Following a year of travel and work in Australia, she returned to the UK in 2004 to embark on her career in the property industry.
