Baxter Park Terrace

Our client based in the Middle East asked us to source him a property that would minimise his up-front costs and maximise on his yield. This was his second investment with New Town. 

At the time of sourcing, this very spacious main door apartment required a light refurb. The kitchen, bathroom and boiler were all only a few years old and in good condition, so it made sense to retain these rather than replace. The property was completely redecorated and had new flooring throughout.  We then carried out electrical works and some cosmetic repairs to get it “ready to rent”
