We sourced Garthland Drive off market, just before it went live!  At the start of the process, it required some cosmetic repairs including some specialist works, electrical repairs, full décor, flooring and furnishing.

  • Total outlay (cash investment): £220,996

  • Total Outlay (with lending at 75% LTV): £85,246
